Free shipping, on every order

Your Starter System and every monthly refill ship free. There’s no minimum order.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 United States. Your formulation depends on a US ZIP code, so we can’t ship outside the US yet. We can ship to most PO boxes. We can’t ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses at this time.

When your order ships

• Starter System: leaves within two business days of your order.
• Monthly refills: leave within two business days of each monthly renewal, so they arrive before you run out.

Most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship. You’ll get an email with tracking when your order leaves.

Changing your address

Update your shipping address in Your account (under billing details) before your next renewal. If your order has already shipped, email [email protected] and we’ll do what we can.

Lost, late or damaged

If your order hasn’t arrived 10 business days after it shipped, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order details (and a photo, for damage). We’ll send a replacement at no cost. See our returns and refunds policy.
