The short version

• Your first month is the Starter System at $49 per system. From month two, a Monthly Refill at $38 per system ships and is charged every month.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you first ordered, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• You can skip a month, pause or cancel online at any time in Your account. No phone call, no fee.

1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Vetro Formulations (“Vetro,” “we” or “us”), covering your use of vetroformulations.com and anything you buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and live in the United States to order.

2. Your subscription

What you get. Each system (Dish or Laundry) includes 30 loads a month: Part A, the pods or powder, and Part B, a liquid dosed to your water hardness. Your first shipment, the Starter System, comes in a reusable 18 oz glass vessel and a 2 oz amber glass dropper. Each refill after that comes in a stand-up pouch and an amber refill bottle.

What you pay. On the day you order, we charge $49 for each system you choose. One month later, and every month after that, we charge $38 for each system, plus any sales tax that applies. Refills always ship free.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription continues and renews every month until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file on each renewal date. Before your first renewal you’ll receive a confirmation email that describes these terms and how to cancel.

Skipping and pausing. In Your account you can skip your next refill (we won’t charge or ship that month), or pause until you choose to resume. While paused, you aren’t charged.

Cancelling. Cancel at any time in Your account, or by emailing [email protected]. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. You keep your glass vessel and dropper.

Your water reading. We choose your Part B dose from public water data for your ZIP code, or from the tier you select. Water varies, so you can change your tier at any time in Your account, and the change applies from your next refill.

Price changes. If we change the price of your subscription, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you have time to cancel.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we’ll retry it and email you. Your refill ships once the payment succeeds. You can update your card in Your account.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Using our products safely

Read and follow each label. Keep all products, including pods and the Part B dropper, out of reach of children and pets. Our vessels are child-resistant, not child-proof. Do not swallow, and avoid contact with your eyes. If you have a reaction or a question about an ingredient, stop using the product and contact us. In an emergency, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.

6. Our website

The water hardness readings on our site come from public utility reports and other data sources, and are estimates. We work to keep them accurate but can’t guarantee the reading for your exact tap. The site, its design, text and images belong to Vetro. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission. Water data credits are listed on our water page.

7. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in to your account.

8. Warranties and liability

We stand behind our products as described in our returns policy. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our products and site are provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your subscription, we’ll email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the state or province in which Vetro Formulations is organized, without affecting any consumer protections of the state where you live.
